2. Business relocation
If you want to set up a company in the Netherlands, then OrangeVisas can help you.
The Dutch startup visa is a visa designed for business owners (owning 25% or more shares of a copmany) that want to setup a new company and/or subsidiary company abroad. By doing so, the business owner can employ himself under the Start-up visa. One of the requirements is that you set up an innovative business, for which there is a proven need in the Netherlands. On the website of the Dutch Immigration Services you can find more information: https://ind.nl/en/residence-permits/work/start-up
3. Staff relocation
Staff relocation is usefull when you do not want to open a subsidiary or company in the Netherlands. The company remains in the home country. OrangeVisas can arrange that you can send yourself or a staff member abroad to the Netherlands. The requirement is that this person owns less than 25% of the business (in case of more than 25%, then see option 2: business relocation).
In case of staff relocation, the person that is relocated will get paid through a payroll company. The payroll company will bill the company in the home country.
